A preacher’s illustration… illustrated.

It may have been Joe Hisle (or maybe not) who once illustrated true committment like this, “When a person sits down to have bacon and eggs, the chicken made a contribution, sure, but the pig… the pig was committed!”

I saw this picture today and that story immediately came to mind (don’t ask where I find these things!):

Hey, after 4 months of neglecting this blog, I couldn’t just jump into deep theological pondering, that will come later, you know, after I find somebody capable of abstract thought to start posting to this blog.  Stay tuned!
