Third Service of the New Year’s Meeting (Friday Morning)

December 29th, 2006 by JW

Another good service with two distinguished preachers speaking.  The first is Don Snow of Henry County, GA who preached about those things that make for a strong and faithful church, a needful topic indeed!  Take a listen:

The second speaker was Bro. Sean McAllister from St. Albans, WV.  He did WV proud this morning!  His thoughts were focused on the fact that the Gospel of Christ is a positive message and even so called ‘negative preaching’ or rebuking by the gospel is done only to bring about positive change.  Very good thoughts and I share them with you now, enjoy!

Me and the fam had lunch with Sean and his ‘groupies’ :-) from St. Albans after services at, where else?  McAlister’s Deli.  It was good too, here’s the proof:

Eat Up!

    Those are Sean’s groupies?

  2. Wyn Baker Says:

Thanks bro for posting these sermons. I wish we were there.

Its kind of dreary around the Baker house. The flu is on the rampage. First it was me, today it was Michelle and Drew.

Pretty consistent New Year for us!! Always sick….

Say hi to everyone for us…

To Lori: I have numerous fans.

To Justin: We should have gotten a bigger lens to show just how hungry I was!!!!
